The historical Sluban ModelBricks Normandy D-Day building set allows you to assemble a detailed church in Sainte-Mère-Église, a military half-track vehicle and a scene inspired by the Normandy landings. It offers 2,235 pieces, a detailed interior with a removable wall section and 10 minifigures, including an American paratrooper with a parachute.
Create an impressive model of the church in Sainte-Mère-Église, a place associated with the events of D-Day during the Normandy landings on June 6, 1944. The Sluban ModelBricks building set depicts the historic building with a furnished interior, which can be easily viewed thanks to the removable wall section. The model also includes a military half-track vehicle for an even more authentic scene.
The building set contains minifigures representing German and American soldiers as well as a member of the French Resistance. Among them is an American paratrooper with a parachute, referring to the story of John Steele, who became caught on the church tower during his jump. Building the set develops fine motor skills, patience, concentration and spatial imagination.
