The Walachia Barn wooden glue-together model kit allows you to create a detailed timber-frame model of a traditional building. The foundation consists of precisely crafted beams made of durable pine wood, with a cross-section of 9 × 9 mm and lengths ranging from 16 to 230 mm. The walls are assembled from individual beams, while the roof, gables, galleries and terraces are made of 3 mm plywood and complemented with paper-printed details.
The model includes cardboard cutouts for the windows and doors; the doors are functional and the windows are glazed with film. The package includes a schematic assembly plan and a simple illustrated instruction manual with symbols for each step. Wood and paper glue is not included.
The finished barn is suitable as a decoration for a child's room, an accessory for playing with figures, animals or toy cars, or as part of a traditional nativity scene. The instructions also contain short chapters dedicated to construction and the history of folk architecture.
