Sterilise the pacifier in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes before first use. After it has cooled, squeeze any remaining water out of the teat. Wash the pacifier with warm water before each use and, for hygiene and safety reasons, replace it after 1–2 months of use or at the first signs of damage.
